Gaming 3DS + Acekard 2i (a few questions)

I recently updated my Acekard 2i for use with DSi running 1.4.2U, I have a few questions now.

1. Will the updated Acekard work on my 3DS?

2. Is there a definite answer for the Flashcart + 3DS = brick? Will it brick if it is in my 3DS while preforming a system update?

3. If in the future I break my 3DS, and can't delete the game data in the Activity Log, will Nintendo not fix it for me?

4. Will Nintendo fix my 3DS at all if I've used an Acekard 2i on it?

5. How does Nintendo even know I used an Acekard on my 3DS?

Thanks, and yes. I'm worried about bricking my 3DS.

2. No, the bricking is a rumor.
3. Nintendo won't give a shit for your game log.
4. They will fix it, as there is no way to determine if you played on a flashcart or you just own a bunch of games.
