Im not sure whats going on here, most likely it's being caused by the Download Code. I'll add some "try" Expectations for 2.0.4(REV2)

Yes i hope so to, this is an Issue that has puzzled me for days. I may have to disable any traces of the Fix (That i've worked on), so i can get (REV2) Out.
Hopefully i'll find a solution!
You might just not be able to do anything. After poking around Cearp's UpdateCDN, I was able to get it to print out the url of one of the files needed to make the Internet Browser's CIA. After checking it, I found out that it really was removed on Nintendo's end.

Wow! I never thought of that. Thanks alot, but still people can't download it.
Glad I could help! It took me a couple hours to figure out a way to get that url as it is somehow extracted from the TMD file. After trying to first modify his and then write my own, I just added a line to the original script printing out the variable holding the url, lol.

Would adding a list of some titles in the app itself be too much of a hassle?
Sort of like what the Wii NUS had to select which title to download instead of having to search for the exact title ID and the exact version too.

Im actually working on that currently, In File/3DS/Firmware you can find a small list of FW Versions, simply select & it'll do all the work of typing for you!
In the (Not so distant) future every FW Version & Most 3DS Titles will be in there!
& Will it be a hassle, kinda, it's quite hard to Apply ever single title & FW in a Menustrip.

I was trying to change one of my emuNANDs from EUR to JPN region to be able to access the JPN eShop, but I guess since the necessary titles got removed from NUS that ain't going to happen unless someone shares the needed CIA files (specified here for 4.5.0-10J) in a certain forum or another way...
