st4rk - since you are a programmer and probably already downloaded the sourcecode for nesDS...

What is your opinion - would it ever possible to support the following rom-specs in nesDS (or 3dDNES for that matter):

MMC5
1MB PRG-ROM
1MB CHR-ROM
8KB SRAM
Capcom 6C80 Sound Engine, with DPCM usage

Reson I'm asking - is because of this:

Zelda - The Legend of Link

The above is simply the MOST impressive rom hack for the NES....ever...period!

I don't use anything from nesDS lol.

What you wanna, play this hack rom ? send me the link of download via PM

I've read it and found it was ips patch already :p

Though, st4rk, you shouldn't ask for ROM, even by PM.
it's easy to patch ips files to rom, it can even be done with Android now thanks to a user on gbatemp :p

Oh sorry Cyan, and thank you for the hint :]

How cool is play The Legend of Zelda(Or Mario) II(NES) and killing poring while the game lol haha

Are you sure 1.2 has been uploaded? I still have a blue bottom screen and non-working select and the filebrowser still seems off.

File browser is better, although the parent folder name changes from .. to some fragments of other file names. I'll test more games now.

Did some testing:
Some sprite ordering issues (mushrooms in Mario and Link's walking into/out of a cave animation)
The controls get shuffled around after a few games. E.g. A becomes right, B becomes A, right becomes left, up becomes start.

Edit: Also colors are a bit off. E.g. the purple/magenta background in Clu Clu Land should be red.

Thank you for report, this bug on controls is very strange, i will analyse it :P

So st4rk I know its early in the game and all but when you get to the point you want are you gonna try and tackle an SNES emulator?

I also vote for a snes emulator, there are more jewels to play, final fantasy 6, Metroid, Donkey Kong Country etc...

I had this same problem with 1.1.

When I start it, the top screen is, for one eye, very dark. It's not a solid dark area, it moves when I tilt the screen.

If I completely turn off 3D, instead of one eye being dark, the whole screen flickers.

Also, what's the file name length limit on this?
