Gaming 3D Pokedex Question

Hi guys.

My two kids leave their 3DS's in sleep mode so they can get new Pokemons on their 3D Pokedex's.

Trouble is the past two days kid A has received two Pokemons each day but kid B has received nothing.

Is this because they are both hooking up via the same router and connection perhaps ? I know the consoles themselves will have unique MAC's and the router (WRT) will be assigning each one it's own IP via DHCP. But I can't think why they are not both receiving two new Pokemnon each day.

Can anyone advise ?

Tell them to share the Pokémon.

They do,

but it doesn't resolve the initial problem.

You get 3 a day via spotpass.

Try doing this:
Step 1: Open the pokedex app and receive your pokemon
Step 2: Close 3ds
Step 3: Open 3ds
Step 4: A notice in the top right corner should say pokemon data received, click it.
Step 5: Repeat step 2 and 3.


That should give you the daily 3. There is no need to leave your ds in sleep mode unless you are on the street doing streetpass.
