Downgrading for N3DS?? Very interesting. I wonder if Smea will allow that publicly.

One could argue he already "allowed" it by simply talking about it. Whether he releases an "official" version of it or not doesn't really matter, we'll probably see people coming up with their own versions eventually.

snshax was fixed on 10.2 afaik.
And NS_LaunchTitle (alias for PM_LaunchTitle) didn't return an error when trying to launch O3DS safe mode services.

And NS_LaunchTitle (alias for PM_LaunchTitle) didn't return an error when trying to launch O3DS safe mode services.

So, SNSHAX would allow a person to downgrade a firmware..if they are under 10.2? and on a New3DS?

The 3DS is the only one showing up at this particular conference. The videos linked earlier in this thread are from prior years. This conference basically has a history of informing the public of exploits in game consoles, in addition to all of the other hacking stuff going on in the world.
