Hacking 3.1U to 3.2U ?

My Wii is still 3.1U. What wad(s) should I install to make it 3.2U ? Many Thanks !

just update with a game, it shouldn't be a problem to hack after that if the hacks get deleted or something.
But first install bootmii and back the NAND up for just in case

just update with something, dunno what has 3.2

or find and download system menu 2.90, at least 2.90 is the EU vesion

I find NO GAME has 3.2U update.
