I don't think this is a fake because I saw something similar to this in a shop here in germany and one of my friends have bought one and it has worked for his old gba sp. You must just recharge it when youre at home and when your DS/PSP/... is empty you are just connecting this to your handheld and it charges it.
and it has only 2400mAh and not like the product name says 18000mAh of course
