<a href="http://www.abgx.net/filename/?ch=6" target="_blank">http://www.abgx.net/filename/?ch=6</a> has release names and a great deal of info for those new to this 360 business, also thanks to <a href="http://www.ludibria.com" target="_blank">http://www.ludibria.com</a> for the NFOs.
360 games can be region locked, there is no real way to tell if one will be before it is dumped other than German area releases usually are.
As far as most people are concerned region locking still exists on the 360 but no great worry though unless you are rocking a Japanese 360 as game releases usually fall very close together region wise these days.
Now we have some new homebrew methods (provided you have not done the August 11th 2009 update you should be able to get homebrew or get it in the near future your xbox model depending) there is talk of a workaround or more accurately updating the existing workarounds (not true region free but region changing- couple it with a chip and things change). Release dates for the regions concerned will be mentioned if truly necessary although you can quite easily look it up and make your own decision- some games come ahead of time but the retail release is obviously needed to verify said releases against (they can be bad dumps, dumps from non retail sources, bad packing of dumps and so on). The tool AGBX360 is used to verify isos, directories and games burned to disc and can fix isos and directories if necessary but requires this data (a basic check is still possible though).
Those who do not care about being banned from live or are willing to risk it then not much need to worry unless otherwise mentioned.

No new nukes from anything in the English games department but VATOS released a rarfix for their <b>Need.for.Speed.Shift.PAL.GERMAN.XBOX360-VATOS</b> release from the 15th (yesterday).

<b>Velvet_Assassin_JPN_XBOX360-Caravan</b> was released, Japanese only but PAL and NTSC US copies have been available for some time.

There was already a version that worked on PAL 360s and this is supposedly uncut and whether that means anything in terms of gameplay I was unable to find out; the only mention from a quick search was on German Amazon and it is worth noting German game censorship is usually fairly harsh so I am guessing that is why.
If you have not heard of the game yet it is a highly stylised third person platformer/shooter, reviews have been mixed but I say you could do far worse if you are up for a cheesy action game.
<b>Need_For_Speed_Shift_NTSC_XBOX360-PhaseZero</b>
NTSC source- NTSC (US and Japanese) only (no PAL).
I do not know how popular this series is among 'tempers but this is the first NTSC compatible scene release of the newest in the Need for Speed series (there was a P2P version out for a few days now and just about every other major language/region got a release) thanks to PhaseZero who as their NFO informs us are now back after a bit of a hiatus, gameplay wise focus is now back on track racing and a bit of realism rather than the more free roaming arcade like approach taken by the last few games.
<b>High_School_Musical_3_Senior_Year_DANCE_READNFO_NTSC-XBOX360-RRoD</b>

The final release since last post is a somewhat older game (it is still second wave) but apparently the previous release from DNL was PAL only, a series of films to slit your wrists to featuring music to do the same has also spawned a game that will probably be of similar use.

I do not know how popular this series is among 'tempers but this is the first NTSC compatible scene release of the newest in the Need for Speed series (there was a P2P version out for a few days now and just about every other major language/region got a release) thanks to PhaseZero who as their NFO informs us are now back after a bit of a hiatus, gameplay wise focus is now back on track racing and a bit of realism rather than the more free roaming arcade like approach taken by the last few games.
