16mb unallocated partition - Where did it come from ?

I rebuilt my SD card last week and i'm just looking at it again and for some reason it's got an extra 16mb unallocated partition at the start of the SD - Where did it come from ?

I didn't create it so did one of the utilities I used create it such as Hekati ?

Does anyone know what it is and can i delete it ?

You cannot delete something that doesn't exist - aka unallocated.
You can add this space to existing partition next to it.
Hekate is not doing this. Something else did it, probably so if you will take whole space on partitions, sdcard has some space to use as cache.

thanks I've resized the Fat32 partition with Minitool Partition Wizard and eaten up the wasted space

Weird.
Maybe one day you'll figure out what tool is causing it and post it here.
