From what I can see it looks like Kuru Kuru Kururin, but the second screen just seems to be a level select.

EDIT-
Well I guess it isn't a level select but the name "Simple 2960 Vol 3" is enticing. Makes me think of thousands of puzzles like the Picross collections on SNES.

the name "simple 2960 vol x" is the name d3 publisher use for their budget game... basicaly they are normal average game but they sell well because of their budget price (plus in half of the game of d3 are full of anime girls so... budget price + girls = selling anything) the 3 is because they already released 2 simple 2960 game the first was an arkanoid clone and the second was just a collection of card game

i have this sort of puzzle game on my mobile; its called linkle twinkle and its really fun to play when your on a bus or something

This game just confused the heck out of me, and i still can't work out how to play it >.<
Though the Cute anime girls make up for that
