I've been playing Tetris for a while and have gotten pretty good, but I am always trying to get better. I can't seem to do T-Spins and 4-wides. I know practice makes perfect, so is there a Tetris game/mod/software that helps you learn and get better at Tetris? Thanks!

I've currently played:
Tetris (Gameboy)
Tetris DS
Puyo Puyo Tetris

See if you can find a copy of the DS homebrew tetris grand masters aka TGM. It uses the Japanese colours and some of the tweaks more familiar there but master than and you will do well. Sadly it was C&Ded so no link but it should be able to be found still.

Puyo Puyo Tetris got technique tutorials for both Puyo Puyo and Tetris at SEGA of America's youtube channel.
If you want to learn some techniques, better check those videos.
However, it still takes a lot of practice to master them. There's no workaround.

You got puyo puyo tetris, you don't really need any other game right now. Probably the most recent one with a actual tutorial for strategies. It's either that or watch other people play as well as play with them. You can also should complete story mode since it's probably the foundation for every player to advance their skill until the very end when you should feel confident enough to play ranked matches. (Trust me, those players are robots, do not play ranked match)
