Luma 3DS CFW - DS Cartridges won't boot, Hangs at Black Screen
Luma 3DS CFW - DS Cartridges won't boot, Hangs at Black Screen
I'm having a problem here.
I've tried playing Pokemon Black (The Retail Cartridge) on my 3DS that has Luma CFW sysNAND on it.
Every time I try to boot it, it just hangs at a black screen.
I did a SysNAND restore from Backup and the problem still persists.
Is there any way to fix this?

Try a different cartridge, to see if it's a problem with the cartridge itself.

I tried Pokemon Black, Super Mario 64 DS, Mario Kart DS, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team. None of them work. Also if I access DS Download Play or DS Wi-Fi settings it hangs at a black screen as well.

You either need to restore the default twl_firm, or more likely, use the 'pathchanger' program to modify the arm9loaderhax payload.

If the solution mentioned doesn't work, just try redownloading and replacing all your existing luma related files. 2 people reported in a success by doing that.

I'd like to get an update if he got it working.

First of all: why Luma3DS?
You should be using LimaBean3DS armNeinHitlerHax.
Secondly: restore the default TWL_FIRM as the previous guy mentioned. -
It isn't working.
I did a TWL_FIRM restore from Sys_NAND_Original.bin
Nothing.
I've just given up at this point. Something must have gone wrong during the hacking process. Perhaps my TWL NAND corrupted or died while hacking the 3DS. GBA Games work, 3DS games work, Smash Bros works.
Thanks for all your answers. -
Did you change the file path like the second part of my post? If its not set up to use a boot manager, but you use one, anything that requires extra ram won't work. Including ds games, gba games, smash bros, etc.

I have a OFW Nintendo 3DS XL that hangs on black.
