So my SD card (fat32) is acting weird. I can no longer boot into Atmos. I always get "A fatal error occured when running AtmosphereTitle ID"
Now I noticed the SD card acts weird on PC, too. I delete a folder, unmount the SD card, mount it again and the folder with the files is back again. How is this even possible? I create a NEW folder and automatically it creates a lot of subfolders with Asciis and weird file sizes. All I did was split an NSP with an NSP splitter tool and place that on the SD card and since then it has been acting weird. Has someone ever had this?
I even virus scanned it but it says nothing but this is just weird so I want to try out a brand new SD card but my question is: What files and folders do I need to copy over to get into Atmos and running again?
Or does someone know how to even fix that other SD card? Windows also tells me there is something wrong with it and when I fix it it tells me nothing found but once again tells me that there is something wrong with it.

First of all thank you all very much for your replies. I am really LOST right now and do NOT know how to get my Switch running again so could you please help me out?

I also have a NEW SD card, so what files do I have to copy onto the new SD card for it to work?
I am still using the SXOS dongle for booting so I know that I need the boot.dat and boot.ini for that but what do I need for Atmos to work? Also can I somehow save my save files?
I copied ALL my files from the corrupt SD card (fat32) over to my pc and then over to the new SD card (I tried exfat this time) but I get this error message (see screenshot below) and now I do not really know what to do or how to ever boot into Atmos again.
It says TXNAND, so did you used SX OS before?
Yes I have used SX OS before and still use that to boot into Atmos
Even if you didn’t back up your stuff…it doesn’t matter. That file system is toast. Gonna have to reformat and hope for the best.
What files would be needed for atmos to work again? I have a brand new SD card but I have no idea at all what I have to copy onto it
do not forget to use H2testW on the new card before using it.
What is H2testW and how do I use it? Thanks for the tip.

How is your SD card formatted?

Your previous error indicates that your HOS version is not supported. HOS is short for Horizon Operating System which is another name for the Switch's firmware so what its saying is that the firmware of your console isn't supported by the CFW you're trying to launch. That means you have to update your CFW which you can by downloading the latest release from the official Atmosphere GitHub page.
