Need help with upgrading SD card and moving partition based emunand

Basically I'm trying to get a bigger SD card for my hacked switch. It was tested with h2testw and works just fine.
I've been following this guide https://rentry.org/EmuNANDNewSDcard#hekate using the NxNandManager method, it took a couple of tries getting the emunand creation tool to work as it would have some sort of issue copying to the new SD card, eventually it worked, however now the issue is what's going in in the 1st image, for some reason it's asking me to update my bootloader folder even though I have the most recent files in my SD card. I still have the SD files in my old card as well as PC, don't know if the 2nd image would be any help but I included it just in case.

I just finished using that guide you linked. IT WORKED!!! IT ACTUALLY WORKED!!!!!!! MY GAMES AND EVERYTHING ARE THERE!!! I've been working on this for the past 4-5 days staying up late at night trying various stuffs trying to get this to work but FINALLY, it is done!
The only thing is that for the atmosphere guide in that link, for me at least what needed to be done was go to MIGRATE emummc, not change emummc.
