I would personally just use WiiSX, or WiiSXR, Retroarch isn’t known for its compatibility.

just trying all possible options. WiiSXR turned out to be a piece of sh*t. Most games either don't work at all or work half-assedly.

Say, is WiiSXRX-3.0 -Multitap the same thing as wiisxrx_2022_Ver20220903?

They're not the same, but they're similar.

WiiStation (WiiSXRX_2022) have CDRISO, dfsound and changes from PCSX-ReARMed but WiiSXRX 3.0 have CDRISO from PCSX-df, franspu from psx4all, and some code from PCSX-R.

In short, they have different compatibility.

yeah use wiisxrx2022 and the compatibility will be much higher, there isnt any retroarch core for ps1 that works reliably they are all beta compiles missing dynarec and run at snails pace , your best bet for compatibility and playability is wiisxrx2022
