You can launch gamecube straight from wiiU menu nowadays. Make sure to have all nintendont stuff on card.
You may want to try different versions of Nintendont on the SD card.
Even though the WiiU can boot GC games on NAND, it is still using Nintendont dol on SD card.

you check the iso before making the inject lol after its done it cant be changed.
grab your gc iso use an md5 checker like https://www.mediafire.com/file/5y3tfpoil433rij/MD5_SHA-1_Utility.exe/file
then compare the value with a good known dump on redump http://redump.org/
always use md5 checked iso and try not to compress them and turn everything off except mcemu.

nope bad iso nintendont is a hit and miss with nkit stuff you shouldnt use that use full isos 1.35gb where your md5 matches redump, if you open redump and check the pal iso http://redump.org/disc/9250/
md5 should be bd814992f1e39d4147c775ff8b32d022 for a complete full iso.
depends if your settings are correct, i have no idea what settings you turned on nintendont itself, everything unchecked(auto/off) except mcemu has the best compatibility.
also you can search for untoched isos easily like archive.org gamecube or something

whatver you get your nintendont config and tecmon injector is outdated as hell, you shoudlnt use that use uwuvci injector since tecmons has issues with nintendont
