NDS Chinatown Wars How do I lock the camera cheat after setting it up manually?

I found the cheat to manually adjust the height and distance, but idk how to edit it and lock it at what I want it to look like. Everytime I enter a building it resets and I have to redo it again. I think I'm not the only one who wants this. Please help I appreciate it.
