Am I the only one annoyed by people saying Breath of the Wild is a bad Zelda game because its not like the other traditional Zelda games?
how am I wrong?ur wrong... well idk about zelda games but botw is one hell of a game.
he thinks you're saying it's overrated, the title is a bit misleading lolhow am I wrong?
However, i think that BOTW is much less revolutionary in comparison to Ocarina of Time.Yep. If a game is overrated, it's ocarina of time. It was good back then but it's not that good by today's standards. Breath of the wild on the other hand is a game that's great by today's standards.
I was born in '97 so there is nothing revolutionary about oot for me. Games have always been like that as long as I can remember. However, i think that BOTW is much less revolutionary in comparison to Ocarina of Time.
Tbh, i was born in 98 and i don´t really remember BOTW being as revolutionary as it is, by the time it came out there were a lot of Open World games and it didn´t really brought much new stuff to the table. Even then, Ocarina of time wasn´t revolutionary for us, i must say that, but from an historical point of view it was.I was born in '97 so there is nothing revolutionary about oot for me. Games have always been like that as long as I can remember.
Also, botw is very revolutionary when it comes to the combination of open world with the physics system and that you can go everywhere.

Yeah. I have read about it everywhere. Well, people have different taste for this game. For me, I love all Zelda games except Windwaker Not bad), Majora (Disliked it) and Ocarina of Time (Disliked it). They were annoying games about "Time" and "Song". And I accepted three of them and finished them patiently, thought. I am a huge fan of Zelda. So no complaint here.
I am sorry you missed out on seemingly all of the PS3 and 360 open world games.BoTW is what made me realize what games can be
I understand them to a degree because there are so many things I wish they brought in from traditional Zelda games that would have made the game better in my opinion and it feels like a lesser game as a result. Still can't help but love it because I can get lost for hours just exploring and constantly finding secrets and that's just a lot of fun. It just could've been so much more, I feel they strayed a bit *too* far away from the traditional Zelda formula. Making it open world is fine but they could've balanced it with traditional Zelda elements better and minimized some annoyances like increasing the amount of stamina you start with and increasing weapon durability.Am I the only one annoyed by people saying Breath of the Wild is a bad Zelda game because its not like the other traditional Zelda games?
