I tested it, seems that the concept is possible
I was able to encrypt my Switch save and use it on PC, the issue is that it's expecting "Switch" settings, so the game is running now very low resolution, if I try to change it, entering settings breaks the UI as the PC and the Switch settings are different
It also seem to think that internally the new save is in Japanese, since it reset my player name and while the game stays on english, the voice acting switches to Japanese.
As for using it the other way around, i can inject a pc decrypted save, but the game crashes once it tries to load the title screen
It seems that the settings part of the save is different and it is what is broken the conversion, so i'm wondering if a tool could be created that only migrates the player content, without carrying over the settings part

Great news! I reverse engineering/analyze the save from the internet. I found Raidou!
I know that the save editor is not working 100%, but you can edit your save file with a hex editor.
This will override your 7th party if you follow the offset code.
If you don't want to change your 7th party, you can follow for other offsets.
