Hacking Installing Wii/Gamecube games onto 400gb SD card

So i’ve followed the guide on wiiu.hacks.guide and installed CBHC, using a a 400GB SD card..My questions is as this is a huge SD card can I install all my Wii and Camecube games onto the same card or do I have to use a Y connected hardrive ?

I’ve read a lot of guides and i’m getting more and more confused especially as some guides are old and things have changed, now my head feels like it is going to pop

Flash media is not recommended for external storage get a wall power HDD for best results as external flash media has been many reports they just get killed by the system

thanks I’ve never read that the SD card corrupts all the time on the WiiU, does that happen even if I don’t put games onto it or is it the WeeU accessing the games that causes it ?

I don't know about the corruption but you don't need the Y-cable, it won't need much power.

Isn't the SD card the preferred location for GC? Its where Nintendont looks for media. To put them on a HDD you have to start messing with injects.

I guess I am just out of the loop. it didn't used to be but I haven't messed with the Wii U in a while. Used to have to either use two HDD's or use GC injects were had hit and miss reliability.

I have no idea how some people pummel their stuff so much as to have it wear out like this. Not once have I ever had an SD problem, not even with my ancient 2GB one that I wouldn't at all be surprised to see wear out. Unless you count that one time the write protect notch kept closing, but I fixed that with blutack.

Gamecube games run well on SD. Nintendont is designed for that. Wii games run less well, so I recommend injects for them.
