Hello. I want to know if I should update to 11.14.0-46U (from 11.6.0-39U)
before or after installing CFW.

Seems simple enough so I'll be waiting for an answer.

I know this link, I actually have it open right now.
I don't know if it will work with 11.14.0-46U though.
