Like title says... Im using FMB on NTSC console and it runs game perfectly, but I noticed whenever I try to play PAL games that have the "NTSC/PAL" mode selector before the game, my TV itself will say mode not supported... is there anything I can do for my TV to be able to recognize it? Anything I should change on my TV settings or anything I can do on FMB?

EDIT: Oh and I have tested the game through an emulator to make sure the disc is not damaged, and its running flawlessly.

UPDATE: Tried using AV cables instead, the game works normally, it sucks I cant use component cables since on a modern TV using AV cables make games look blurry... but hey at least its playable.

framemeister (very expensive though now that's it's been discontinued, and it's Japan only) or OSSC (finicky about which tvs it works with). I own a framemeister, and I've had no problem with any game regardless of region, but I bought them when they were much less expensive. the only reason I didn't buy an OSSC is due to a lot of tvs not being supported. you'd have to gamble unless they say it's supported with your tv. the framemeister is like over $800 and can only be bought used now. it's also closed source. the OSSC is open sourced, I think it's still being made, and it's around $200 last time I checked, but then there's that compatibility problem. I have no experience with that one either. there may be cheaper alternatives, but those two are usually considered the best out there. they're both upscalers.

This won't have as good a picture as godreborn's excellent suggestions. But it is a considerably cheaper option.
