Hello all!

I'm currently trying to use a EZ Flash JR cart on my CGB, and I can't get LSDJ to boot, it always hits the SRAM Check and fails with the message "SRAM Check Fail: Please clean the pins or change the battery" I'm using FW1.04 with LSDJ 7.0.2

I'm stumped as everything so far I have tried has not worked, and i don't have any other ROMs i can use to check and see if it's a faulty cart, I'm Not quite sure what to do, as i'm very new to flashcarts and gameboy related things

I've experienced this issue with my EZ Flash Jr + Game Boy Color, also on firmware 1.04.

Then I happened to try launching the LSDJ rom on my DMG-01 model... and found that it actually does pass the SRAM test on that console. Once the save file is created there, the save file can be used on the CGB.

replace the auto-generated LSDJ.sav file with a emulator generated one.

While this lets you use LSDJ, using LSDJ's "Clean Song Data" function causes random corruption of the song, play time count, etc.

Are there any plans to provide a real fix for this issue in the next firmware version?

I have the same problem.
And additionally: Whenever I save and load a state of lsdj, some if the file is corrupted. I am pretty sure this is a problem in EZ Flash Jr. I would be interested what I can do.
Also I can not open the save files that are created by EZ Flash in the BGB emulator. I think maybe there is a general problem with the sav files.

the real question is: I don't know how to use LSDJ, the complex interface strike me down.

so, the dev work will be started after I spend some time to learn it.

I still think it is a problem in how you save the ram state. This should not at all be related to ldsj. It works on any other platform fine! And I mean, why does it not start right away? This is the first problem already.
Why do you want to learn lsdj? just try to launch it without a special sav file and you know whats to fix.

I see. It would be still cool if it worked.
I bought your product mainly to use with lsdj. So this is pretty important for me.
Can you maybe give a rough estimate when we can expect this feature?
