My 3ds was starting just fine, and now this error keeps apearing when i turn it on. How to proceed? Thanks!

Do you have Luma3DS installed? When you boot while holding Select, which version is displayed on the Luma3DS config settings screen?

No, not the system settings. When you hold Select while powering on the system, does the Luma3DS config screen come up?

Edit: based on your version string, it sounds like you don't have CFW installed. Is that correct?
