Hacking 3ds error when starting

My 3ds was starting just fine, and now this error keeps apearing when i turn it on. How to proceed? Thanks!

No, not the system settings. When you hold Select while powering on the system, does the Luma3DS config screen come up?

Edit: based on your version string, it sounds like you don't have CFW installed. Is that correct?
