Hey peeps was needing help I bought a modded wii a couple months back everything worked but now I've wanted to add my own games and I keep having the freezing at the start of loading 3 different games all freeze up I got 3 different tony hawks 4 Roms cause that's the game I want most but all 3 freeze was wondering if it's the roms themselves cause 2 freeze at the Nintendo intro and the other freezes about 30 seconds in, I feel like I have added games the proper way unless I'm missing a hidden thing someone could help with me please and thanks !

I think there's a compatibility list somewhere.
For instance... I have the same problem with Resident Evil 4.
No matter where I download the rom from, it always freezes at "Start Game".
One user clearly told me that he had a working copy of the game (legit copy he made from his own disc) and he sended it over email.
I downloaded the copy he gave me, and it still wouldn't work (mind you, a legit copy of the disc he owned)
And I have Zelda Collector's Edition and it won't work either with Nintendont.

I'm assuming this is a compatibility issue, and it might happen to you too.

Inb4 someone asks for your syscheck...

Thanks for the response! I looked into the compatabily list before I downloaded and says its compatable just that it can only be compressed with dmtoolbox but I'm not compressing anyways so shouldn't matter haha I keep trying different roms but all the same thing

Replace sd card. I Have same problem with Resident Evil 4 and SanDisk 64gb card.
I replaced this shit card to Samsung Evo class 10 64gb card. And all gamecube games work without problem.

i thought everybody knew cocktails are like 75% ice
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Yeah but not like this.
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
the funny thing is cocktails in norway are only allowed to have 1 20ml shot of booze
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    so..... yeah
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
we're used to only having a thimbleful of booze
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Booo.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
same thing if you want whisky on the rocks or something, you can't get a double
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but you could buy as many shots of whisky (or anything else) as you want and ask for a glass of ice and pour them in
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    it's dumb
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Maybe.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.
  • Veho @ Veho:
But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".
  • Veho @ Veho:
Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.

Usually accidentally overdose of ibuprofen here is from people taking like cold medicine then ibuprofen for a headache and the combination is over what they need
