As far as I know it cannot be cured, they will always "think" differently than other people. Sure, they can adjust and in some cases you don't even notice that they have autism, but they will always have "their position and view" of something which is not understandable for a person who doesn't have autism - but it's definitely not something to be concerned about.

There is no cure for autism spectrum disorder, and there's currently no medication to treat it. But some medicines can help with related symptoms like depression, seizures, insomnia, and trouble focusing. Studies have shown that medication is most effective when it's combined with behavioral therapies.

There is probably not a lot of cures for anything. It isn't in the best interest of pharmaceutical to create one, but instead just create a treatment of sort, because they can continue to make money off of treatment, and thus why there really hasn't been any form of cures for a very long time if any.
Perhaps this is a conspiracy, but one could wonder if this is true or not.
