Been playing on my friends modded switch (yes its been banned)
Just brought my own switch today and tryed to transfer my save from his console to mine .
But his console says its blocked from using that service.
Is there away to Transfer my saved game or not chance?

If your Switch is modded as well, you could back up the saves you're trying to transfer with homebrew such as EdiZon or Checkpoint and just transfer the files via PC then restore them on your Switch with said homebrew.

thats a perfect idea , if i do mod my new console it would be only to transfer the saves then restore it to factory .
would the saves still be on the new console after transfer ?

After transferring if you have the Nintendo Online subscription you may back up your saves via cloud before factory restoring although it would be unnecessary to factory restore if you just remove the files to mod the switch from the SD card.

if its a new console, modding is likely not an option at this time.

and even then, just modding it can lead to a ban unless you set up emunand and are careful with it.

I'd guess how dangerous a save transfer ends up being depends on the game. anything that phones home in some way might be a risk, online games like splatoon and smash more so than others. honestly, it's really not worth it.

Factory restore would have no effect to your nand. If you want to be really safe then I suggest looking up installing emunand
