Update:

Using the latest iteration of Hekate fixed the issue for me. Apparently, the issue lies with the older version of Hekate after all.

Tried deleting your atmosphere folder and adding it from scratch?

just delete the custome theme folder or disable any sysmodule and everything works fine

I actually just overwrote the existing files from 0.9.4.

Considering how much has changed since the last release, doing a fresh install would work best

Yeah, someone suggested about disabling any running sysmodule as well. How do I do this, though?

i did it manaly and i just delete for the time being

in my case was the theme custome folder I just delete the folder and then it boot up normaly

put you sd into you pc go to atmosphere/contents and delete the custome theme folder
