Hello. Got a nasty problem with my console (NOT MODDED in any way) and I'm trying to reanimate it. I've played my game, turned the game off then was greeted by an error and suggestion to turn off Nintendo Switch. Sorry, panicked so much that I didn't remember the number. After that - I am stuck on Nintendo Logo screen.
I've tried to boot into recovery mode - no success.
Tried to dry out the battery . charge and then turn it on - still the same thing.
Tried to dock it in - it charges up, but still stuck. (btw I use an original dock from Nintendo)
In handheld mode it also charges up , but still, no response.
No SD card or game cartridge is inserted in.
At least joycons are responding while detached, they act like the switch is turned on normally, being recognized as con number one and two. Maybe this won't help that much, but I think is worth mentioning.
I have no official representatives of Nintendo in My country, but I've already sent an email to Nintendo Europe.
Maybe I am missing something that could help. Thank you.

Often the M92t36 chip from the logic board is the one that creates this problem, but until you make some multimeter measurements on it, you're not sure if it should be changed or not. Measure with the multimeter if you know and check pin 5 and pin 6 on M92t36. Plug the charger. If you have between 3 - 6v on pin 5 and 6, it s not the M92t36.

Read these theard carefully and you may find what interests you.

I am not that technically-savvy, but I keep it in mind. Issue solved via fully draining off the battery, (Switch wasn't showing even battery icon), waiting for an hour after it drained off, then charging it up in handheld mode. It just somehow bypassed switch logo screen. Now I'll try to not let the battery go beyond 25% and use only sleep mode.(the whole thing happened second time when battery was at 20%, and I heard too that some or had low battery or turned the Switch off instead sending it to Sleep mode just before the glitch) At least I bought myself some time to transfer save data , while I'm waiting for the Nintendo support to sort things out for me.

Do you know anything about error 2002-2634
Don't hijack threads.

I had that issue. Easy fix!
If you run the latest Atmosphere it's because of a block!!!!
You need to edit a ini file to fix it, but you can never downgrade past 9.0.0

If you don't run Atmosphere and have still issues with the cart slot:
First, get some new thermal paste since you should do this at the same time since their goop is SHIT!
The issue I had was my cable connecting the game cartridge slot had fallen out. I just pushed it genetly back in. You won't feel any "click" but hope it sits right. It's under the heatsink pipe, so you have to disconnect heat pipe and why not change to a better thermal paste when you at it? I used MX-4 on mine.

UPD: It seems that removing game cartridge on the low battery charge (about 30%) NOT in a sleep mode may also cause this error.
