Hacking Impossible to see my games! EZ-Flash Omega

Good evening everybody!

I recently bought an EZ-Flash Omega for my GBA SP and scrupulously followed the user manual on EZ-Flash website. I formated my SD card and downloaded the thumbnails pack, cheat pack and obviously firmware and kernel pack and pressed the R button while turning on my GBA SP plus a game. However, when the cartridge is booted up, I get the blue screen with different pages to set up the device and folders IMGS and CHEAT without the ezkernel.bin file and my game file.
Is anyone ever had this problem? Is anybody could help me?

Hiya Rabbit, thank you very much for your reply, cause I did not put my game in a folder but once I did it this morning, it worked perfectly! Thank you so much, it was almost nothing but now I can use my EZ-Flash x)
