I had heard that most of the New 3DS XL line have IPS displays in them, but now in 2019 as the 3ds part of the 3ds family have essentially been sold out and discontinued, and with the 2DS models on their way out, is there any chance or any recent buyers who know if the New 2DS XLs out right now might have an IPS display?
I've only ever had a 2DS & New 2DS XL, and especially on the XL, the screens leave a lot to be desired. Seeing as they're probably as cheap as they're ever going to be, if there is solid confirmation of em shipping with IPS displays I'd like to snag one.
