Everything was fine with it yesterday; then I decided to install some new games and do a back-up from the SD.
I copyed the files from the original SD and pasted on the back-up SD. And then procided to paste the .CIA files on the SD I've been using to play.
I tried to install with FBI but the cias didnt installed the games cause it said something like it was crashed, I dont remember exactly what it said but I couldnt install it so I didnt. I got the SD on the computer again and got rid of the .CIA's files I've tried to install. And when I plugged the SD back I couldnt open the softwares paste on 3DS without it crashing in this ARM9 Data Abort. I tried to acces the games from FBI to delete some of them but couldnt neither.
Then I got home and was testing it out since I couldnt open the files to delete but I could still play, my saves are also ok. But then I let it on the initial screen for 5 seconds and the ARM9 problem crashed up again.
At this point IDK what to do anymore, I didnt deleted any file except the .CIA's I've tryed to install.
Also if it helps, the last time I uppaded my 3ds system and LUMA was October 30, 2018. I didnt uppaded since them cause it was working alright so far. There're pics of the screens when the crash happens.

You SD card is probably corrupted, or the data is. Try with a brand new SD card that you've tested with H2testw and are sure is fine. Just use boot.firm to start with and see if you get the errors (if your console starts without an SD card try that too). If not try putting your data back. If it starts crashing again you'll have to find where the corrupted data is and delete it.

Wow, good detective work @TurdPooCharger !

@Manola_Manu have you gotten a new SD card since you started having problems? How can you be surprised that you're still having problems when you've known you have a defective SD card for nearly a year?!
Nah at that time it wanst the SD problem, the guy who selled the 3ds to me was the one who put the data there so the hack wanst on the 3ds system it was on the sd and when I tried to change for a new SD I got the problem cause the file wasnt coping to the new sd.. long story short, I payed another guy to do the right thing a put it on the system. Now something got corrupted cause I tried to install a .cia and the cia file wasnt working so it didnt installed the new game; thou something there have maybe messed with the files from the boot ‍♀️
Some file is off and I dont know cause I've almost to 0 know of the problems that can go wrong with the files. I just knew how to put games and install it; but since the .cia file was the one with some bug idk what happened after it tried to install and then didnt and for some reason it messed up with the whole files there

So you either bought your n3DS already hacked or paid someone to hack it for you. Unless you have a family or friend who hacked it and handles troubleshooting all the problems, those who have custom firmware should expect running into software issues sooner or later where they'll need to take care of them on their own (with the advice and input of fellow online 3DS users if help is asked). I am not faulting you for not hacking the 3DS yourself, but reading your reply gives me the sense that you had the expectation that having [boot9strap + Luma3DS, etc.] would be a trouble-free experience. You will need to raise some of your tech-savy stats if XP level is kinda on the low side.

  1. Copy everything off your sd card over to a computer.
  2. Reformat it in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with either Windows File Explorer or guiformat (if it's bigger than 32 GB).
  3. Full Write + Verify the empty card with H2testw (Don't skip this step. Complete the test.).
  4. If the scan report turns out fine, delete the *.h2w test files.
    • A reported error means your card has hardware defect and must be replaced.
    • In order words: fake / faulty SD card = corrupted data =
If the card was found to be okay, check whether or not the CIA is a clean dump.
  • GodMode9 → 0:/.../example.cia → CIA image options... → Verify file
  • You want Verification success.

I havent turned it on since that day but I turned on now and have seen that the year was wrong.. since I take the battery out when I was changing the sd maybe could have been this that was giving the problem? I'll try to let it on the menu for a while and see if the problem keep happening. Before I do something with it

Ya looks like the change of date only kinda helped the menu that was crashing, there's probably an defective file on the SD. Still need to look into it and find the file, its probably some of the boots I think since the saves and the games are ok. Btw how I'm supposed to do a backup from my saves? Everytime I try it never works, some files dont copy at all??

Unless you happen to have a faulty SD card reader like this fellow Brazilian, ER_Mac3,
, failure to copy over contents to a computer indicates data corruption due to fake SD card.

You can try salvaging whatever files that are still intact using a data recovery program. See this list; EaseUS option is most recommended.
