impossible mate! Different engine as said earlier and captain toad treasure tracker has better graphics than 3d land due to the fact that there are less objects on screen. all levels are cube sized you know
Captain Toad is based off Super Mario 3D World not 3D Land, don’t expect them to be compatiblewhat can you view captain toad switch levels in an editor ?
Thought you were referring to the 3D land. Point still stands though, Switch version is a modified Wii U version which used 3D Worlds engine. 3DS didn’t have 3D World so the engine was build from the ground up.sanic check out exelix comment ^ he didnt mention anything about no engine mate... also read on github
...this tool was made 2 years ago and while @mustafag32g did make a demo for a romhack called Super Mario 3D Land 1.5, the full romhack never emerged and there's not much besides that.Get ready for the rom hacks!
Ah! What a shame, was looking forward to getting levels for this! So much potential. I wonder if this one is still in development:
Unpack the romfs of the game, then open the editor and select it
Can someone tell me how to get this from a .3ds file, step-by-step, in detail? Have tried using ctrtool, but it quits early, leaving behind a single file which is substantially smaller than the .3ds file. What should the output look like, and what exact tools and commands should be used?
