I do not have the "New Games" "New Updates" or "New DLC" tabs on my copy. What am I doing wrong?
It's not connecting to the online data source. If you're intentionally offline, of course that's it, otherwise just retry.
Your console's certificate is what enables you to use Nintendo's online functions including eShop, online gaming, and downloading updates. You also need a Switch certificate to download from Nintendo's CDN meaning you inherently put the certificate at risk to abuse CDN downloading (nowadays, you need a certificate and something else which isn't distributed publicly). So if you don't mind losing online functionality of your console, donate your certificate to HBG today!

Actually I'm using SXOS EMUNand and freeshop (for patches only) and 90DDNS but I read tha now freeshop is not compatible anymore with 90DDNS, is it right ? (weird, it still works with 90DDNS on my console … low speed btw ?)
Should I use Incognito ? (I mean does it work with SXOS EMUNand) ?

90 DNS will direct you to French google servers, if you're far away from France it will slow but not stop you. It might not be a big deal if all you get are patches.
What's the fail? They are probably looking for unbanned certs so they can burn them trying to get CDN access that they had been saying wasn't possible. Mod is warning against throwing your cert away. At least that's how I read it.
Nothing really. I would just suggest not doing it.

could it be possible to have this download in the background as another game plays?My first Thread about this was down but now i post a new one without the Video but with Pictures. I hope that are not Copyrighted Material
"/hbg/shop" is the official FreeShop for the Nintendo Switch. With that you can easily download all Nintendo Switch Games for free directly on your Device without a PC etc. Games with online Play Support can still download too but i'm afraid when you go online with that.

You can't download First-Party-Games with that (BOTW, MK8DX, Mario Party etc.) but all other!

That have a Forwader as NSP when you will launch the Appilication from the Home Menu
This Appilication won't download this Games from the Nintendo CDN. But that says nothing about the unpatchable State. Nintendo can make a DCMA Takedown for the Host Site.
I am not at all ban on the consoles that are imposed by the use of this Homebrew.
With automatic copying everyone is liable for themselves. It is also illegal to download games from FreeShop or "hbg / shop".
The installation of unsigned NSPs usually leads to a very fast ban. You have been warned!
Don't ask any Questions about Nintendo NSPs and this Download Sites!
