You need ACID patches to use hbg shop because it uses them to install XCI files. Just put this on your sd card and it will allow you to use the app https://gbatemp.net/threads/kosmos-patches-es-fs.542455/.

I keep randomly getting "out of memory" and then it crashes my Switch. I am using fusee-gelee on 8.1 with a 256gb Sandisk card with the latest version of hbg. Has anyone experienced this before?

i can't load any game covers when i change the viewing mode in new games. And after a while, i get a ton of errors and have to close down the app. Is there any solution for this? i am using the 90dns btw...

Sounds like you are using 90dns, dont do that. Also try deleting all files in your /switch/tinfoil/ dir and reinstalling tinfoil.

I figured it out. I was holding R and opening the album. When I press R while loading a game, it works flawlessly.

I don't know if you were telling me to stop using 90dns but I wasn't using 90dns. well, after deleting the tinfoil folder and installing tinfoil 2.1.0 with the /hbg/ themes and replacing some files with those contained in tinfoil 2.2.0 folder, finally gotten it to work. i may have forgotten the themes folder

It's not buggy. The reason this thread makes it look like a dumpster fire is because people are idiots & do not know how to follow directions. 99% of the people here lack common sense & can not mod a console without someone spoon feeding them.

He's saying you should use Incognito instead.

You will absolutely get banned if you connect to the internet without 90DNS or Incognito, regardless of whether it's your sysNAND or emuNAND.
