Hi.

Back in August last year, I got my hands on a Switch that doesn't boot completely, it freezes on the Switch logo.
I have absolutely no idea what occurred to it prior to me getting it.

I acquired an SX Pro set and have access to other NAND modules if need be.

So my question is : is there any way to install the OFW back onto the NAND, or, simply put, to make this Switch usable again ?

Thanks in advance.

Can you boot to CFW? If so, try looking into updating OFW via choidojur.

The several attempts I've made so far yielded the following :

-SX OS RCM menu boots fine, I can access the options and create the license request or backups (though I don't think that'd be of any help) but I can't launch the CFW since i need OFW to open the gallery.
Tapping "Boot CFW" restarts the Switch to the permanent Switch logo.
-CTCaer mod works through payload injection
-Atmosphere, Kosmos and FuseeGelee seem to boot via injection but don't go past the splash screen, instead the console restarts or switches to black screen.

I now realize that I haven't checked efuses info, I'll do that tomorrow.

Check efuses, back up Boot0 and boot1. Check prodinfo is intact.

Get your keys with lockpickrcm or use my hekate mod "switchboot".

Check prodinfo with hacdiskmount / memloader / bis key 2.

If all is good, let me know. I'll link you a special file

Thanks for the reply.

I did all that, but I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to look for.
Looks like this nand has 8 burnt fuses.
Otherwise I managed to dump Boot0 and 1, and pkg1 and 2.
I got the prod keys, but still, afaik no red light is flashing.

How can I know if something is f'd beyond repair ?

Bump

So 8 burnt fuses means I can't install firmwares older than 6.2.0, through traditional means anyway, right?
Then again that's not what I'm looking for, I just want to unbrick this console.
Is that still possible in its current state ?
