I would love to have a shiny mew however I don't want to mod my switch for fear of getting banned.

I suppose your best bet would be to find someone who can generate a shiny Mew and trade it to you.
Do you think future updates of PKhex editor world make it possible to trade using the PKhex editor to your swich?
I think you misunderstood him, he's asking if there may be a point in the future where pkhex can directly trade pokemon wirelessly to your switch game, as if it were another switch or something, which I doubt will ever happen
Maybe of them Switch emulators can advance far enough that they can emit a wireless signal that can connect with a real Switch? Highly improbable but I suppose its within the realm of possibility.
Well with a dumped NAND you can play Wii U games online with a Wii U emulator on your PC, so maybe the Switch will get something similar in the future

Not to disagree, I have 2 switch's the family one, and my one, mines offline the family one online, I used the poke-ball to redeem the Mew, and traded to my offline console. he's still sitting in my Pokemon bag. however I do believe there is a issue if you trade from Pokemon Go, and try to redeem the poke-ball, however as my Go account still can't find enough ghosts, I still haven't caught one in Go. :-(

I read it to mean that you can't trade mythical Pokemon from Pokemon Go

You can't trade Mew from GO to Let's Go, but you can trade it from Let's Go to another Let's Go.
I don't think so there is a video on youtube showing someone getting a shiny mew.

Anybody here have a Xbox series S and a series X, is the performance difference noticeable? Not worried about 4k. I have a series X but not a series S and was curious. (Reason- I was thinking of buying a series S for a second tv, for when grandkids come over, to keep them off my X) -
