you are using a EUR game on USA console, seems like the game doesn't contain the language files for USA region.
(the game is setting the language to match your console region, which is causing the game to load data from the wrong place)

either export your save game, uninstall the EUR version and install a USA version of the game and then re-import your save.

or use Luma locale patching to get the game to use the EUR region instead:

on your 3DS SD card, make a new folder / text files in the following location:

Code:

SD:/luma/titles/00040000001CF400/locale.txt

and inside the text file type:

Code:

EUR EN

then save the text file, hold select on startup and enable game patching.

EUR TitleID: 00040000001CF400

Or just install luma local selecter to your 3ds and it creates the txt file for you
