ar central is down, gecko codes has no download all button. is there a link to download it all? (would it be compatible with dolphin?
Hacking download the whole cheat code data base for wii/gc?

Most codes should work fine on Dolphin, using either Dolphin's own Gecko Codes tab that's in each game, or using a Gecko OS .elf and having the codes in a GCT in sd.raw.
i want dolphin to download all gecko codes for all games (even ones i don't have) how can i do that?

Modmii used to be able to do that, I think it might be broken, but you can try. I'm sure I have a good collection saved somewhere (I downloaded them using ModMii back when the cheat codes download still definitely worked properly)

@XFlak I noticed that it downloaded the same .txt files to both "codes" and "txtcodes" rather than making .gcts, this doesn't seem like the intended behavior. However, it doesn't matter too much since you rarely want every cheat enabled, and the cheats can't be toggled once converted to .gct.

the cheats are in txt format and dolphin uses .ini, would renaming the text files to .ini work? and thanks
Looks like that might work. If it doesn't, you have to add $ in front of each code name.

That behaviour was intentional, it was to support accio hacks as well as cfg usbloader (I think... otherwise some other popular homebrew at the time)
I think I might even have made a setting so you can choose one location or the other or both, default is both.... it was a long time ago but I bet if you go to modmii classic's settings page you might find something related to that there
