so, when should / shouldn't i interact with the program? it often freezes the wii u giving error "java.net socket exception: connection reset by peer" if i try to send codes or etc.

also regardless of whterh i tick or untick autosave, and manually save or neglect to do so, it never saves codes. the xml just says "xml version" with no codes listed. what am i doing wrong i don't wanna have to re-input them every time...

I know your time is important, so I wanted to verify some things to help w/ troubleshooting.
I used your JGecko U Updater tool to get the proper versions of everything.
The first time I ran JGeckoU, it connected fine. It sent codes successfully the first time, then when I added some more and tried to send it gave an error and didn't send them, but was still connected to the Wii U and Wii U hadn't crashed. Then I tried to get a memory dump and it crashed the wiiU.
Ever since, J Gecko U refuses to connect at all.
I don't remember what screen I was on in-game when I connected JGeckoU successfully, but I believe I have tried them all with no luck. I also tried the Campaign Mode workaround for COD Ghosts on your youtube, this didn't work either.
I am using the correct IP address to connect. I even rebooted router and changed the WiiU's internal reserved IP address. No luck.
I also tried connecting with a fresh install (virtual machine) of Windows to make sure it wasn't something fucky or Winbloat related. No luck.
I have tried with both pressing A and X to load the different handlers / versions of gecko (btw minor feature request on that, select one and boot it every time w/o button press, maybe hold y to override that or something?)
I'm sure I've made a mistake somewhere, but I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks for your time and all your hard work :)

so I run TCPgecko on the wii U, then press X, then i input my ip into jgecko U, open the game, wait for it to load up, and then I click Connect, and then i get an error on a black screen that says

Illegal command byte received: 0xe0
Server Version: 04/20/2017
If you see this you most likely hav

Is there anything I can/should do to try and fix this?

Bully very clearly stated that he will not respond to error reports if you are not using the latest version of the tcpgecko installer and jgecko u.

I'm not adding version information due to laziness and because I make updates frequently as bugs are fixed and requests fulfilled :P

Update when you want to and if you find a bug you need to replicate it on the latest version if you want it report it otherwise it's just a waste of time when it's already fixed or whatever...
hey can you help me how to reset the day timer on pikmin 3?
