Love the designs, but can they actually be implemented?

- Remove the tab if it has no functional purpose
Welp, that still isn't working and I tried the link the that @Twistedziefer sent to the same result, so I'll just wait until it becomes easier to use and clearer. I don't mind waiting. You have to switch the aspect after int scaling on/off, it sets a option, doesnt trigger the re-calc

This made me think of a layout more resembling Horizon's menu.Actually, Time & battery
This made me think of a layout more resembling Horizon's menu.
What do you think? Is this technicaly possible?
Ps: i'll render it with the background to check contrast and stuff and come back later.
Edit: Is the background image final or just an idea? I just found it on google, doesn't copyright apply?
I'm with right.2 Design mock-ups made by @Proto-Propski

I have a big problem with those 2 desings, and is that I see no space for thumbnails, the desing is ok but retroarch isn't retroarch with clean playlists with nice thumbnails for a perfect clean ROM collection.2 Design mock-ups made by @Proto-Propski

Don't take me wrong, RetroNX's GUI looks pretty Kick-Ass!!! And you can easily left space for thumbnails, just saying that thumbnails or some sort of cover flow is a "must-have" for an emulator frontend. What makes u think that?
We can just swap out the whole menu as a whole lol

We could do per-core menus with "classic" looks and shit
