Thanks for getting in contact with them! That will be good to add to the post. I will try to get a hold of them to discuss troubleshooting since I am running this post, hopefully having an open line of communication will help to get the most problems solved or at least identified.
As per your issue with the phone, sadly I can't help much as I use only the Dongle. I can only assume software issue if it works on PC? Or are you using a different cable?
