The PS3 is better in some aspects and worst in others. But's it's definitively less powerful in general (mostly due to the old GPU). See Skyrim for example.
ps1 even the wii could run that and im sure the switch could run ps2 seeing its hardware from over 16 years ago
PS2 could happen. The thing is, I don't think there's a decent PS2 emulator for ARM platforms yet. There is the Android one but from what I heard it's very slow. A lot of optimizations would be needed to get it running as well as or better than Dolphin does on high end phones.
That might be something we'll see towards the end of the Switch's lifecycle (or earlier but at unplayable speeds)
Just compare the specs or look at any of the teardowns online, or even just compare performance of games like Skyrim, it's all been very well documented at this point.

There is, it's called Play!, but it's pretty slow at the moment. Like, 15 fps on the best Android devices (SD835).

You're right on the PS1 and PS2, but the rest is pure BS that you're pulling out of your ass. There's no way in hell that the N64 will run on the 3DS. Maybe horribly, terribly optimized, terrible framerate, etc. It can hardly handle SNES games at their full potential, without frame dropping lol. FUCK no, dude. Are YOU high?! And PS3 is NOT MORE POWERFUL THAN THE SWITCH.

Nope, PS2 is not impossible, but not very likely either.
Just check out some videos of PCSX2 on the GPD Win.
The GPD Win has roughly the same power as an undocked Switch.
The Win can barely run PS2 games on a 10 year old emulator.
Do you really think the Switch will run PS2 easily? Even on Android, there is no playable PS2 emu.
Don't make assumptions about the PS2. It could work (at least with some games, if not all with the correct optimization) at full speed.
