First, I followed these instructions. https://3ds.guide/uninstall-cfw.html. But instead of plugging it into the computer (I didnt have a micro sd / sd card reader in my computer atm) I did it wirelessly to transfer the files. I didn't uninstall any of my apps or illegitimate games, and I reverted back to stock. Then I wanted to go to settings to do a system restore, but system settings crashed!
Latest version. I can access other apps normally.
Oh I did that and I forgot to mention I accidentally deleted the Nintendo 3DS folder on my micro sd after I reset it.

I have already installed b9s to two 3ds following the 3ds.guide
i have no idea why, now doing a new 3ds xl that was on 11.5, been updated to 11.6 following the guide.
Everythign worked up to the Finalizing setup.
It says to go in download play and input the keys to get into luma, that works, i switch title to current hb, then close download play, then boot it
supposed to boot hb launcher but it just crashes everytime
Any idea why?

If you want to restore the nand setup the account after restoring. If you want to get the original account back you can call Nintendo with a story that you can't access the target 3ds anymore so they might unlink it from it, but if you don't care just create a new account.
