currently i having a problem, splashcreen and splashscreenbottom are not working, and also language emulation is not working. or maybe I don't know what I am doing. On luma3ds menu, i set up enable region/language emulation and on sdcard inside luma folder i create another folder "locale" inside locale are the titleid.txt with "USA EN" saved. but my games are not changing language, for example kirby: planet robobot. on another issue, i copy splashscreen.bin and splashscreenbottom.bin inside luma folder, but it is also blackscreen. hope you can help me. thank you.. :)

sorry, i solved the issue of language emulation, changing SD:\luma\locale\*.txt to SD:\luma\titles\(title_id)\locale.txt. about the splashscreen, i did not turn on the option on luma3ds menu, so i turned it on and now its working.

So I've been having a blast with the recent ndsbootstrap. I tried to install the clean system titles like the Luma guide suggests, in vain attempt to increase my chances of success with running one my few roms, all to no avail--FBI reading an error. I wasn't prompted to, but I restarted my 3DS, decided to give up, and turned off the Developer options and whatever miscellaneous options I enabled that the guide suggested. I've been trying to boot my 3DS for a while now, but now I'm met with an svcBreak error and can only shut it down and try and try and try again. Is there any fix for this?

I've got a suggestion about Luma, it's a great FW and wouldn't want to trade it for anything in the world, but is it possible to change the setting for New 3ds CPU in a xml for some games to get it working without going to the Luma menu every time you want to play some games that crashes on Clock+L2?

Or should this be a github request?

Thanks.

After playing around for a few hours, I have come to the conclusion that the overwriting of the romfs (/luma/titles/<titleid here>/romfs) in the current non-stable version (ef2e008, Jan 24) does not work on o3ds games that boot into extended ram mode. Would I be correct in this? It is somewhat expected, as NTR and HANS also have this restriction.

*sorry for my english*

I don't know if this is the place to ask this, but... I was trying to randomize Pokémon Sun. Everything was alright but, I haven't got the option "Enable game patching" in Luma 6.6 to "confirm" the changes in the game.

Any solution?

On the stable build of Luma's settings, you will see an option called "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code". Enable that, and press START to save your settings and reboot the 3DS.

Hello ! Im curently having an issue with my Luma3DS.

So basicly , i updated my LumaCFW to the latest hourly update. And after the reboot, it wouldent boot up again. Just a Black Screen. Then i read the troubleshooting guide of AuroraWright about this matter, i did everything correctly up until Step 5, and then it would still do the svcBreak error. It would not boot up proprely as it was told in the FAQ. Here's a pic for a better understanding of my issue. My 3DS is a o3DS so , yeah , there's that. If you want any information on my issue , feel free to ask ! Im kinda worried for my 3DS now.

Thanks again !

sorry man i'm new to this so i don't know if i do have a emunand or not but when power on my 3ds and go setttings i see this sys 11.2 firmware
Emunand its a partition on your SD that acts as a Redirected Nand, so nothing its installed on your system, you might have A9LH, but i do need to know if you have emunand or not. to check if you have emunand, you can easily put your SD card on you PC and tell me how much storage its displayed.

If your SD card its 4gb, it should display 3.6gb on yoru pc., if you have emunand, it wil display 2.6, since the redirected nand clones the real nand. so if you got anything lower than 3.5gb, you do have Emunand, else, you dont.

if you went from stock to cfw using the 3ds.guide, then you dont have emunand.
If you went from Menuhax to cfw you might have emunand.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
