Aren't most Title IDs the same between disc and eShop versions?
I know actual data is sometimes/always different.

The key you posted is for the update partition. The key which is usually valid for NUS is in the 02 ticket and is invalid because the eshop version has a different title ID for this game. All those games are marked with "N/A" and are striked out.

So you can't get the key from the WUD!

he wants the meta folder and xml files for the games. im assuming he has/had copies without them. With the nus key he can get the game compressed and get them from it with the games nus/eshop key. you cant get keys from the xmls, you're misunderstanding his request.

Also, yes it's been tried. That's why there is even a key listed in the documents for NUS. In most cases, System/02/title.tik, in rare cases System/03/title.tik, contain the nus/eshop key, but you need to decrypt the wud first. These keys in these documents are the ones that were tried from the disc/wud of that region, likely from the 02 folder as it's most common. I think it was Hyrule Warriors or WW that it was the 03 folder instead of 02, i can't remember.

did you even try it? because the key "91D1F530D967B0659432BABC76F832C4" is for the update partition (or at least thats what i assume it is, it is at least some form of system title) title ID "0005001010060000", you will always be able to find out the title ID the key corresponds to the key is stored at 0x1BF and the matching titleID is at 0x1DC PS, the /03/title.tik is the same for all games, with the exception i assume for games that have the odd partition table such as hyrule warriors .....and it maybe differ on a per region basis, but im not 100% on that info
Trust me, it is 100%. If you decrypt a whole wud file then in the system folder 02 is the key for eshop 03 is for disc version, if it does not contain an 03 folder then that means there is no e-shop version available for that region.

its not, trust me, /03 in most cases is the update partion, older games such as nintendo land do not have a update built into the disk and as such have no 03/title.tik, but they are still on the eshop and still have the valid ticket for NUS in the 02/ folder

go look at any other 03/title.tik file you will be met by exactly the same content as the 03/title.tik from project zero....even on games that were released before it.....unless you mean to suggest 70% of wiiu games ship with the ticket for project zero included for some unknown reason

Download it and try, 02 is for the eshop version its a fact!!!

Edit: its 02 or 03 I don't really care but the key works!

i already tried it....have you?......i edited my last post with a little test you can make, yeah /02 is the ticket that has the NUS key, but you have posted the titlekey from /03/ which is just a update titlekey, and as we already established this game is not following the norm as the titleID for the eshop version and the disk version is different and as such there is no NUS titlekey available from the disk

Actually I have not used a fake titcket with it but I see they have crossed the same code out I think maybe the 0
sm7_facepalm.gif
yes this is already well and truly established that is simply a list of keys taken from the 02/title.tik files, that is where they come from, its the very reason that list exists, the problem which is now just getting repeated is that the WUD uses a different titleID than the ESHOP game, and because of that the title key from the WUD does not correspond to the eshop version, nobody is talking about different games, yeah pretty much all other games have the NUS key in /02/ but for all intents and purposes the eshop version and disk version of this game use a different titleID's and as such are essentially treated as unique builds of the game, the key from build A will not work for build B....please try it yourself if you don't believe me
yes I understand that but that>00050000101D3F00 is the eshop version I have tried. Ok I have not faked the ticket but downloading the file from NUS and putting the original title.cert, title.tik & title.tmd files decrypts it for me.

well i guess i know why the titleID for the eshop version differs from the disk version, the eshop version comes as a demo that you can buy the "full version upgrade" to convert to the full game #Mysterysolved

.....well except for how you used the titlekey from the disk for the eshop version that uses a different titleID :P

Here is general problem for this thread:
We have the full DISC version of project zero and it's title - and it's key. The recent revelation of fun funs comes from the fact that many titles share the same metadata, title and whatnot between the eShop and Disc versions. Brazilians found with minimal editing of ticket we can install NUS download of the title with tickets from a WUD source - with said minimal edits in the ticket.

Problem with Project zero is instead of mirroring it's disc version on eShop what US does, NoE for some reason thought this game needed extra attention to it's demo and removed the original Demo and original Disc mirror of the game from eShop and instead made a specialized trial version with more content in it, and then you unlock that version into full version with a DLC purchase.

So we are in deep shit; The 00050000101D3F00 Title includes the original trial version. Because this is like said, a trial free download demo, public keys PROBABLY do decrypt it out. But this download has only 6gigs of a 15~ gigabyte game. The missing 10~ gigabytes are probably within that DLC content.

So currently given how nintendo changed things for this title in europe only specifically, we cannot make a installable package before whole IOSU toolset and stuff gets released where people could pull out their tik out of the console and share that for the DLC so you can install the trial version and DLC and headache is already induced within me.

Overall; Bummed. Quite so. But in future we see again!

Any news for the .tik for the EU DLC?
I've just installed the US game but it won't load the first cinematic and loops on a black screen with background music forever. I tried the IOUSHAX CFW and the Simple Signature Check Patcher. The EU games loads fine, but without the DLC key it's just an incomplete game. It's a similar situation with Loadiine, but instead of very long loading times, here it never loads. I'm starting to believe this US version is the very first unpirateable Wii U game ever :)

Or maybe it is just a localization error like the other wii u games that needs folder renaming to work?

Is there a way to check this (a Wii U file explorer or something)? I'd like to compare the US and EU folder structure.
Extract both EU and US versions and compare them in Beyond Compare. Likely there are en-eu/en-us folders that need to be renamed for it to work in other regions.
Some games search for hardcoded paths they get from the current system localization.

Uhm, I installed the game through Wii U USB Helper with the previously posted EUR ticket id but... it was just the "test version"?
