Huh, didn't remember CHMM had an embedded icon.
Well, apparently the latest build of CHMM2 has an embedded icon.bin in the .3dsx file itself. I think Rinnegatamante accidentally included the icon.bin from BLEND3R, instead of the icon.bin file for CHMM2. I'd say that Rinnegatamante was trying to create a .3dsx build of CHMM2 that didn't even need the .smdh file at all.

If someone can explain to me how to build CHMM2 from source, I'd be greatly appreciated.

Meh, it uses a modded LPP afaik, so you need the required libraries to build LPP-3DS , I suppose.

the regular HBL displays BLEND3R but Masher's HBL displays CHMM2 I guess his forces the smdh file to be used instead of the icon.bin in the 3dsx file

And that does make more sense. I mean, it makes changing icons if you want a custom one much easier too. You only have to create the icon file.

This .3dsx file of CHMM 2.8 should have proper icon.
Thank you so much! This one totally has the correct icon and name.

Also, I was wondering. When will CHMM2 be able to install custom themes into the Home Menu Settings "Change Theme" menu? Currently right now, CHMM2, will only replace the current theme by injecting it into the "in-use" theme. Also, it would be nice if there was an option to delete themes from the Home Menu as well as add them in. I can't see any tool that can do that.

Hello, I'm trying to use the Theme Sender on my Windows 10.
I tried to run it when it gave the error 'cygwin1.dll is missing from your system', so I went ahead and installed it.
Now it give me this new error on picture related;

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I got the error:

"Error: [string "?"]:281: cannot access extdata archive

Press A to restart
Press B to exit
Press Y to enable FTP server"

I'm using the lacest .cia (v2.8), I can't install the shuffle themeset nor single themes (with this last case, it does install but the theme is not displayed in the home menu)

I suggest you to download an application for FTP access cia it allows use Filezila program you can have access to your SD card. It allows you to send any file to your 3DS vo and can use this to send your themes to themes folder.

Download and install this application on your 3DS and download any Homebrew FTP. Then install the Filezila on your PC.

If you do not fail me memory this error is related to the configuration file. In any case notify to @Rinnegatamante able to give better support.

Never. CHMM2 will never do that. Frankly, I like the way CHMM2 does its stuff. I have a couple Nintendo themes (My Nintendo themes and some I got from the eShop), and I've dumped them all to use them across all of my devices.
