There needs to be a feature on threads where the makers have privileges to elevate other users, which those elevated users and owner of the thread can "remove" or "ban" people from the thread.

And then you can organize them into subsections, where they reside in a place and could be called something... like.. "a forum"!

If someone just makes a emunand setup installer thing that you don't have to jump through a lot of hoops to get it setup that would be great. I'm sure someone probably has one already I just don't know about it since I literally got my 3DS this week.

But, only moderators have control over threads. If you think about it, thread creators really have no way to stop spam, and so on, on their threads. But yeah, on what you said, that's absolutely correct.

Yeah, that's why there is a report button. It isn't the first time moderators took down threads like this. Just let them do their job, if something gets out of hand they'll notice.

@Mrrraou, found some titles that need to delete for region USA,
['0004001B00019002', '0004003000009E02', '0004013000004002']

0004013000004002 for example is something to do with NFC service, was added with firmware 9.7.

So, THERE are titles to remove.
