my first one was shipped from them on a thursday or friday. They ship from CALI, i recieved it here in ohio on a tuesday. HOWEVER
You MUST sign for it, i got screwed the first day because i work all day and missed the package
i was sad.

yes, but the guy at foundmy called me and told me that since i have a different last name than my mom...
i have to show the guy id...
so if im not home... i clearly cant show the guy id...
what happens? does he just smash the package and throw it away when he realizes im not home?

A friend of mine received an R4 instead of his Wiikey... I think he'll keep the R4 and have his Wiikey too but he doesn't know when. Free R4, that's cool
No order update here, and it is starting to piss me off. I have been patient. However, if I ordered from any site but this one, I would have gotten the chip by now.
Worst of all, if he doesn't ship it tomorrow, there is a slight chance it will be returned to him. I am out on vacation for 1 week starting the 24th. If he ships it and I am not home to sign, I won't get it. Really damn annoying. This is one of the main reasons I hate ordering online. Giving money for a product that is not in your hands.

Why not tell a neighbor to accept your packages. Or leave a note on your door and sign it. I've done that many times with UPS/FedEx and never had a problem. I think you can probably call the delivery company and tell them that you're out of town and to just leave all packages by the door or give them to a neighbor.
Yeah, that does work for UPS/DHL, but they ship USPS. The USPS has a lot of federal laws that must be followed which don't apply to UPS/DHL. I have tried that with USPS before and that didn't work.
